- We stated it very clear about the shipping methods on the product listing pages. For Express Shipments, we will choose the best shipping methods to help you clear the customs and save taxes which means even if you choose DHL or UPS or EMS already, we may not ship the items out as choosen shipping methods. Because some times, not all the items are suitable for the choosen methods.
- A clear example, for Brazil clients, buyers must have business liscence to get DHL service, or the packages will be stuck in Brazil Customs by lacking of the liscence.
- Another example, items with batteries or contain batteries may not always can be shipped via DHL or UPS, because some times, DHL or UPS is very strict to products containing batteries. If you choose DHL or UPS at such hard times,it will never go through.
- The third example,if your shipping address unfortunately is a remote area,and you already chose DHL, the cost will not be enough for a remote address, you will need to add another 38USD for your shipment.In such a situation, we will change EMS for you to save your shipping cost.
- In a word, we will ship orders by your appointed shipping methods.However,in hard times,we will choose a best shipping method for our clients to help clear the customs and save your cost by our 5 years ecommerce experience.

- 1.All the items will be seriously checked before shipment and come with 12 months warranty.
2.The items will all be packed well in our warehouse before shipment.
3.If there is any quality problem during the warrant period,please collect all the defective items and ship to us altogether,customers will need to pay for the shipping cost for sending back. We will reship you the items after got the defectives, the shipping cost in on our side.
4.We don't responsible for any man-made problems or problems caused by miss use normally, however, if you do have such problems from your clients,and you are our regular clients, we can still help you to resolve such problems to save you.
